Client Services Supervisor:
Deal Interactive - New York

Description

  • Supervise, train and develop new and existing Client Service Representatives
  • Handle escalated support requests from the team
  • Be ultimately responsible for client satisfaction on all Deal Interactive sites
  • Setup online due diligence sites for M&A clients
  • Provide customer support and manage client expectations in liaison with the sales team
  • Train client administrative and end users on Deal Interactive site usage
  • Identify, qualify, develop and close sales opportunities in coordination with Sales Management
  • Identify and qualify customer support issues that can be resolved via escalation and/or enhancement requests or bug fixes to the system

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management
  • Technical background or experience in technical support
  • At least 2 years in a client service or customer support environment
