Client Services Supervisor:
Deal Interactive - New York
Description
- Supervise, train and develop new and existing Client Service Representatives
- Handle escalated support requests from the team
- Be ultimately responsible for client satisfaction on all Deal Interactive sites
- Setup online due diligence sites for M&A clients
- Provide customer support and manage client expectations in liaison with the sales team
- Train client administrative and end users on Deal Interactive site usage
- Identify, qualify, develop and close sales opportunities in coordination with Sales Management
- Identify and qualify customer support issues that can be resolved via escalation and/or enhancement requests or bug fixes to the system
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective time management
- Technical background or experience in technical support
- At least 2 years in a client service or customer support environment
